Hello friends,

yesterday i was reading my course book and their was a strategy ,that how a person was able to sell something at very low level.since he was educated so he knew both eng and hindi language . Different types of people ( different language background ) came to that person but that was not problem for him.

So i thought if you guys want to ask something to these roadside seller or someone else specially in hindi how can you do that.

So i decided to write article giving some hint on some daily uses words that you might know but can be very helpful.

>> NOTE: here we have three separate thing .
1) the word in english [ bold ]
2) how you can speak in hindi [ italics ]
3) how you can write it in hindi . Under ( )

Almonds- badam ( बादाम ) my favorites dry fruit.
Apple - sev ( सेव )
Asafoetida- hing ( हिंग ) very few knows about it.
Banana- kela ( केला )
Banyan- bargad ( बरगद ) Tree known for its wideness
barley- jo ( जौ )
betel- paan ( पान )
betel nut - supari ( सुपारी )
cardamom- ilayechi ( इलायची )
cashew- kaaju ( काजू ) another famous dry fruit
cauliflower- gobi ( गोबी )
cumin seed- jeera ( जीरा )

WORDS in HINDI

हिन्दी में शब्द.
Just like in any other language ,words ia also use in hindi, which is known as { shabd }.Here are some words that is very common in hindi.

Address-> पता , pata
Article-> vastu, lekh , ( वस्तु, लेख )
balance-> santulan, taraju , sesh ( संतुलन, तराजू, सेष )
bank-> bank, kinara, tat ( बैंक, किनारा, तट )
bark-> chaal {skin of tree }, bhonkna ( छाल, भोंकना )
bat-> balla { cricket bat }, chamkadar, shart ( बल्ला , चमकादर, शर्त )
board-> takhta { ply }, charna, sawar hona ( तख्ता, स्वर होना )
boil-> ubalna { garam hona } ( उबलना )
capital-> raajdhani , punjee{ investment in business } ( राजधानी, पूंजी )
chest-> chaati , sandook { traditional traval bag made of iron plates } ( छाती, संदूक )
condition-> isthiti[ here i is used only for better pranunciation ] ,avastha, shart (स्थिति, अवस्था, शर्त )
Date -> tithi ,dinank, khajur { fruit } ( तिथि , दिनांक, खजूर )
dear-> priye, pyara, mhanga { costly } ( प्रिय, प्यारा, महंगा )
drop-> boond { drop of water } , girna , daalna, ( बूँद, गिरना, डालना )

Lets do some exercise that is relevant to simple present tense. ( सामान्य वर्तमान काल )

• I admit my mistake.
• मै मेरी गलती मानता हूँ। ( mai meri galti manta hoon )
  

• I go to school by cycle.
• मै स्कूल साइकिल से जाता हूँ। ( mai school cycle se jata hoo )
  

• I go to english class every day.
• मै रोज एक अंग्रेजी क्लास में जाता हूँ. ( mai roj ek angreji{ english} class jata hoon )

• I consider myself lucky.
• मै खुद को भाग्यशाली समजता हूँ.( mai khood ko bhagyashali samajta hoon. )

• Bird build nests.
• पक्षी घोंसला बनाते है। ( pakshi ghosla banate hai )

• people like short speech.
• लोगों को छोटा भाषण पसंद आता है.( logo ko chota bhaashan pasand aata hai.)

• some animals hunt at night.
• कुछ प्राणी रात में शिकार करते है.( kuch pranee raat me shikaar karte hai )

• Shops shut at 9 p.m.
• दुकाने रात को 9 बजे बंद होती है.( dukane raat ko 9 baje band hoti hai )

• The class finishes at 7.
• क्लास 7 बजे ख़तम होती है.( class 7 baje khatam hoti hai )

• Diwali comes once a year.
• दिवाली साल में एक बार आती है.( diwali saal me ek baar aati hai )

• I speak fluent hindi.
• मै धराप्रव्हा अंग्रेजी बोलता/बोलती हूँ.( mai dharapravha angreji bolta/bolti hoon )

Today we will learn sentences from " you" .how you can speak hindi with word "You" mean some common sentences that we speak frequently.

Let's start.

• You are looking good.
• तुम बहुत अच्छे लग रहे हो।( ~ Tum bahut achey lag rahe ho ~)

• How are you.
• तुम कैसे हो. (~ Tum kaise ho~)

• Are you fine.
• क्या तुम ठीक हो.(~ Kya tum theek ho~)

• You are mad.
• तुम पागल हो.(~ Tum pagal ho~)

• You don't know anything.
• तुम कुछ नही जानते.(~Tum kuch nahi jaante~)

• When are you leaving.
• तुम कब जा रहे हो.(~Tum kab jaa rahe ho~)

• Are you coming with me.
• क्या तुम मेरे साथ आ रहे हो.(~ Kya tum mere saath aa rahe ho~)

• Do you have something? { here we can use anything in place of something }

• I am going. -----How to speak- ( mai jaa raha /rahi hoo. )

• I am eating.----- How to speak-( Mai khaa raha hoo. )
  
• मै खा रहा/ रही हूँ.

• I am स्लीपिंग।---- How to speak-( mai so raha hoo। )
  
• मै सो रहा/रही हूँ.

• I love you.-----how to speak-( Mai tumse pyaar karta/karti hoo.)
  
• मै तुमसे प्यार करता/करती हूँ.( girls should use karti and boys should use karta.)

• I don't know.----How to speak-( mai nahi jaanta/jaanti hoo.)
• मै नही जानता/जानती हूँ.

• I don't like you.----How to speak-( mujhe tum ache nahi lagte.)
• मुछे तुम अच्छे नही लगते.

• I am fine.-----How to speak- ( mai theek hoo.)
• मै ठीक हूँ.

• I have a idea.----How to speak- ( maire paas ek uppaye hai)
• मेरे पास एक उपाए है.( instead of uppaye you can use idea.)

• I want to go./I wanna go home. ---How to speak-( mai ghar jaana chata/chati hoo.)
• मै घर जाना चाहता/चाहती हूँ.
  

• I want water.----How to speak-( mujhe paani chahiye)
• मुझे पानी चाहिए.

• I am feeling pain.---How to speak-( mujhe dard ho raha hai)
• मुझे दर्द हो रहा है.

• I like pizza---How to speak- ( mujhe pizza pasand hai.)
• मुझे पिज्जा पसंद है.( instead of PIZZA you can use any other thing.)

• I hate fight ---- How to speak-( mujhe ladaee pasand nahi hai )
• मुझे लडाई पसंद नही है.

• I am in 7th standard.----How to speak-( mai saatvee kaksha me hoo.)
• मै ७वी/ सातवी कक्षा में हूँ.( instead of saatvi you can use according to you.)

• I have exam tommorow - how to speak- ( meree kal pariksha hai)
• मेरी कल परीक्षा है.( instead of pariksha you can use EXAM)

• I am going with friends.( mai dosto ke saath jaa raha/rahi hoo.)
• मै दोस्तों के साथ जा रहा/रही हूँ.

• I got tired.( mai thak gaya hoo.)
• मै थक गया हूँ.

• I will kill you.( mai tumhe maar dunga/ dungee.)
• मै तुम्हे मार दूंगा/दूंगी।

• I can't leave.( mai choor nahi sakta/sakti).
• मै छोड़ नही सकता/ सकती.

• I am reading-( mai padh raha/rahi hoo.)
• मै पढ़ रहा/रही हूँ.

• I am playing with friends.( mai dosto ke saath khel raha/rahi hoo).
• मै दोस्तों के साथ खेल रहा/रही हूँ.
