Today we gonna start with past tense.In this article we will read about types of tense.Their examples to understand it.

PAST TENSE-(भूत काल )(-Bhoot kaal -)

The work is compleated (समाप्त)

Ex:)

• I have read the book.
• मै पुस्तक पढ़ चुका हूँ ।

Now come to types of past tense.

1.Past indefinite-(सामान्य भूत काल )(-samanya bhoot kaal-)
2.Past continuous-(अपूर्ण भूत काल)(-apoorna bhoot kaal-)
3.Past perfect-(पूर्ण भूत काल)(-poorna bhoot kaal-)
4.Past perfect continous-(पूर्ण पूणे भूत काल)(-poorna poone bhoot kaal-)

1. Past Indefinite -( सामान्य भूत काल )
   

ex:)

• He sang a song.
• उसने गीत(song) गाया।

• I wrote a letter to him.
• मैंने उसको एक पत्र लिखा.

these were exs। now how you will see that this is a past indefinite in hindi .
आप कैसे पहचानेगे की ये भूतकाल है.

Solution is here-इसका हल ये है।
Find this thing in sentense- था, थी, थे, आ, ऐ, इ, etc( aadi )

Let see with an example-

• मै जा रहा था.
• मैंने काम किया था।
• वे चोर थे ।
